Neil the seal's fee
Tasmania's elephant seal, NEIL THE SEAL has had a HUGE damage bill after his 34 day stay. His bill of $31,540 was caused due to the council having to controll crowds, traffic and repairing items such as; fences, houses and cars ( also traffic cones), also many other things. How he paid this beastly fee was with community joy, many photos and exceptional cuteness.
